Pampas

Hi guys I’m in South America at the pampas grasslands. They are flat lands and cover over 300,000 square miles. I found out pampas means level plains. The average temperature in the pampas is 18 Degrees. The pampas has a dry season in summer which is in the southern hemisphere in December. The wind in the pampas blows most of the time which is good and the climate here is humid and warm.

Himalayas

Himalayas
Hi what’s up guys I’m in the Himalayas and if found out there the worlds tallest mountains. They tower for over 5 miles high. Himalaya mean “home of snow” it’s called this because the top points are always capped with snow. The Himalayas also include Mount Everest. Mount Everest is 29,028 feet above sea level Wow. There is no plant life that grows near the mountains because of the harsh conditions and wind.
